Shivani Morrison is a Los Angeles-based litigator in the areas of business litigation and intellectual property litigation. She has particular experience in complex litigation and securities matters including the evolving regulatory climate of the cryptocurrency and digital asset space, allowing her to provide nuanced legal guidance on prevailing issues impacting individual and business clients.
Prior to joining KHIKS, she was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers. She has also worked in marketing in the tech and entertainment industries prior to launching her legal career, providing a balanced perspective on corporate issues.
