Aislinn McManus focuses on commercial litigation, including breach of contract, intellectual property, trade secret, fraud, unfair competition and antitrust. Aislinn represents multinational corporations, publicly traded companies, healthcare organizations, hospitality companies, and senior executives in complex business disputes. Her practice also includes conducting internal workplace investigations and responding to investigations conducted by government agencies. Aislinn guides clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery to dispositive motion practice, arbitration, appeal, and trial.

Aislinn also has significant pro bono experience, including representing parents and guardians who alleged that Los Angeles Unified School District (“LAUSD”) adopted and implemented distance-learning policies during COVID-19 closures that violated students’ constitutional and statutory rights, discriminated against students based on race and wealth, and fell below prevailing statewide standards. The case resulted in a landmark class action settlement delivering critical resources to more than 100,000 LAUSD students from low-income families and disadvantaged communities.

Prior to joining Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir LLP, Aislinn worked at a top international AmLaw 100 firm.
