Shawn Holley was listed again this year as a “Power Lawyer,” placing her among Hollywood’s top 100 entertainment dealmakers and litigators, while Dale Kinsella and Michael Kump were included in THR’s roster of “Legal Legends.” “Legal Legends” features a select group of phenomenal entertainment attorneys whose body of work, combined with the number of times they have appeared on the “Power Lawyers” list, earns them a lifetime spot in THR’s annual issue.
In his inaugural “Legal Legend” profile, Michael was highlighted for his work representing prominent figures including Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, and Evan Rachel Wood in defamation cases. He theorized that the instant nature of social media means his caseload will continue to increase – “There’s just an immediacy that lends itself to people saying stuff that if they maybe stopped a beat, they might not say.”
