On April 17, 2006, the law firm of Kinsella Holley Iser Kump Steinsapir LLP opened in newly furnished offices in the heart of Santa Monica.
Bringing together Dale Kinsella, Howard Weitzman, Larry Iser, and Michael Kump— top trial lawyers with vast experience and a long roster of high profile clients, the new firm’s practice will be built around the founding partners’ areas of expertise: intellectual property and entertainment litigation. “I’m excited and energized to once again be working in a smaller environment that will allow us to provide great services to clients,” Howard enthused. The partners, who have known each other for many years, were each thrilled at the opening of their new firm. Dale exclaimed, “This is a dream come true to be practicing with my close friends in a firm designed to deliver the highest quality legal services to our existing clients and to new clients.” In addition to the name partners, the firm includes three additional partners — Alan Kossoff, Patricia Millett, and Shawn Holley — and four associates — Kristen Spanier, Greg Korn, Jennifer McGrath, and Greg Gabriel. The office administration for the new firm is run by Renate DeLeon, Executive Director, and Pat Hall, Accounting Manager. The firm’s offices are conveniently located at 808 Wilshire Boulevard (the southeast corner of Wilshire and Lincoln), with easy access to the 10 freeway and the many colorful sights and sounds of Santa Monica and the Pacific Ocean.
