On September 18, 2008, Larry Iser presented a lecture on Rights Clearances for Motion Pictures for the Peter Stark Producing Program at USC. The interactive lecture included such topics as implied contracts arising from pitch meetings; content licensing and clearances; analysis of scripts for potential issues of copyright and trademark infringement; defamation and right of publicity; and music licensing. This is the third year that Mr. Iser has presented for the Stark Program.
