KHIKS founding partner Michael Kump will be speaking at the 2013 Produced By Conference, to be held at 20th Century Fox Studios on June 8-9. The lineup of presenters reads like a Who’s Who of Hollywood royalty, with J.J. Abrams, Tom Cruise, Mark Burnett and Gale Anne Hurd, among others, slated to address the conference.
Michael will be featured with several entertainment luminaries in a panel session titled “Producer Share Participations – ‘The Dream Team,'” a presentation that “will provide participants with valuable lessons on how to maximize value from a producer share participation arrangement. From what can only be described as the ‘dream team’ of producer representatives, the panelists will cover everything from the creation of the producer share agreements, to exercising audit rights and recoveries, to the possibility of litigation, and monetizing shares via Content Partners.”
