Michael Kump recently participated on a panel presentation (remotely) in London on May 7, 2026, on “ADR and Media Disputes” at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), Queen Mary University of London. Organized by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the School of International Arbitration, the panel of UK legal experts and practitioners explored the role of arbitration and mediation in media, reputational and privacy disputes and proceedings, with Michael providing the American perspective.
