In Larry’s opinion, the infamous “Blurred Lines” verdict last year has emboldened plaintiffs, paving the way for an increase in music copyright litigation.
“You have to expect post-‘Blurred Lines’ that plaintiffs’ lawyers are looking to file more of these suits,” Larry said.
