Ms. Kleindienst recently defended Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros. Entertainment in an action alleging idea theft in connection with the film Kong: Skull Island; the Kardashian and Jenner families in various litigation matters, including a trademark infringement action filed against Kim Kardashian West by a Dutch makeup artist over her KKW Beauty cosmetics line; and the Estate of Michael Jackson in various intellectual property and business disputes.
Mr. Rosenberg has represented numerous high-level movie studio and music industry executives in employment disputes resulting in confidential settlements; is a member of the team that most recently obtained summary judgment on behalf of the Estate of Michael Jackson in a lawsuit concerning a documentary film project; and is part of the KHIKS team representing Mattel, Inc. in various matters.
Mr. Soltman is a member of the KHIKS team representing producer Barry Josephson in his high-profile profit participation lawsuit against Fox over the popular crime drama Bones; was part of the trial team representing Heisman Trophy Winner and NFL star Reggie Bush in his lawsuit against the city of St. Louis over a major injury that resulted in a $12.5 million verdict; and represents the Kardashian and Jenner families in various litigation matters, including a $180 million lawsuit filed against the Kardashians by the hedge fund owner of the Kardashian Beauty cosmetics line.
