The firm’s outstanding victory on behalf of client MRC in the case of MRC II Distribution v. Spacey has been named to TopVerdict’s list of the top Top 20 Bench Awards for 2022. MRC was awarded almost $31 million in damages due to Academy Award-winning actor Kevin Spacey breaching his contracts and causing MRC to suffer damages by engaging in wrongful conduct with respect to the cast and crew of “House of Cards.” MRC was represented by KHIKS partners Michael Kump and Gregory Korn.
