Collectors Cry Fraud.” In the article, which covers a scandal in the world of baseball card collecting, Jon discusses the rates of fraud in the fine art market.
“There are incidences of fraud in fine art, but you can find several experts in every city,” said Jon. “Where there is less experience, less knowledge, the incidence of fraud is going to go up.”
