Chad Fitzgerald will be speaking on a panel as part of Law.com’s 2026 Legalweek conference entitled, “From Deflategate to Deepfakes: Data Discovery with Celebrities and Revised Rules.” During the panel, Chad and his fellow panelists discuss legal data and e-discovery challenges faced by celebrities, as well as artificial intelligence and deepfakes. They will also analyze and debate whether the current laws are sufficient for the rapid technological changes our world is experiencing.
