Chad Fitzgerald will speak on an upcoming panel hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s (BHBA) Entertainment Law Section, entitled “Trends in Motion Picture and Television Financial Litigation.” The panel will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM PST via Zoom.
During the program, Chad and his fellow panelists will explore emerging trends in financial litigation affecting the motion picture and television industry; examine recent disputes involving profit participation, accounting practices, backend compensation, related party transactions, contract disputes, and other emerging topics, such Artificial Intelligence; and highlight how shifting distribution models and consolidation within the entertainment industry can reshape legal strategies and risk management. Attendees will gain practical insights into current litigation patterns and the tools needed to navigate an increasingly complex entertainment finance landscape.
