Ashlee Difuntorum will be presenting a program entitled, “From Deal to Dispute: Litigation Lessons for Entertainment Transactional Attorneys,” hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association on Wednesday, March 18th, from 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm Pacific via Zoom.
Ashlee’s program will offer a unique perspective on how frequent entertainment transactions can escalate into high-stakes litigation. By drawing on real-life cases, such as influencer marketing, contracts, copyright, and more, she will identify specific areas of cases that tend to intensify. She will also explore how courts advance disputes with ambiguous or incomplete deals. Ashlee’s program will provide attendees with valuable legal insights regarding reducing conflict in the entertainment litigation space.
