KHIKS partner Jon Steinsapir was quoted in Hadley Robinson’s August 28th Daily Journal article on Apple’s recent patent lawsuit victory over Samsung.
The gist of the piece, titled “Apple’s patent win puts company on the offensive,” is that this may be just the beginning of Apple’s defense of its products, especially the iPhone and iPad. Jon says the company is taking a more aggressive approach than most firms: “One of the key differences is you have a party that has a ton of resources and really wants to take this all the way and isn’t satisfied with getting a royalty.”
