KHIKS is pleased to announce that partner Allen Secretov, who resides in Orange County, has been named Chair-Elect of the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Entertainment, Sports & Marketing Section.
This section of the OCBA focuses on a wide range of legal issues, including video game licensing, film production and finance, musical recording contracts, sports agent representation, TV production and syndication, children’s advertising, celebrity endorsements, athlete and spectator liabilities, social media, “green” advertising, and toy manufacturing.
Allen’s practice includes entertainment law, intellectual property, and complex business litigation, representing professional athletes, actors, musicians, authors, and businesses across the entertainment and media industries. His appointment to Chair-Elect reflects his extensive experience and expertise, as well as his commitment to professional leadership within the OCBA.
